    Adage Technologies offers a complete range of benefits to all of its full time employees. 

    Medical/Dental Insurance

    Both medical and dental insurance are provided by BlueCross BlueShield. The medical plan is the Blue Advantage PPO and the dental plan is the BlueCare Dental Freedom PPO. Currently Adage Technologies pays 100% of the premiums for its employees, their spouses, and their dependents.

    Profit Sharing/Bonuses

    Each employee is eligible for quarterly bonuses which can annually equate to a maximum of 10% of the employee’s salary.

    Vacation Time/Sick Leave/Holidays

    Each employee is eligible for both paid vacation time and sick leave. Adage Technologies provides paid time off for many nationally recognized holidays.

    Retirement Plan

    After one year of employment, employees are eligible to participate in our SIMPLE IRA plan. As per the plan document, employees can contribute a percentage of their annual income towards the retirement plan. Adage Technologies will match a portion of the employee’s contribution.
