Both medical and dental insurance are provided by BlueCross BlueShield. The medical plan is the Blue Advantage PPO and the dental plan is the BlueCare Dental Freedom PPO. Currently, Adage Technologies pays 100 percent of premiums for its employees, their spouses and their dependents.
Vacation Time/Sick Leave/Holidays
Each employee is eligible for both paid vacation time and sick leave. Adage Technologies provides paid time off for many nationally recognized holidays.
After one year of employment, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k plan. Employees can contribute a percentage of their annual income toward the retirement plan and Adage Technologies will contribute 3 percent regardless of employee contribution.
Each employee is eligible for quarterly bonuses, which can annually equate to a maximum of 10 percent of the employee's salary.
Adage Technologies also provides each employee with life insurance and AD&D insurance.
