Get used to talking with the ‘higher-ups’ and getting feedback on your work, because around here, it’s a team effort. From day 1, you’ll have a more experienced peer mentor to ask any and all of your newbie questions to. You’ll also participate in peer code reviews to gain insight and tips into your work. Last but not least, you’ll be able to let your inner geek show during bi-weekly code reviews and developer meetings to discuss new technology topics like new methodologies, new technology, coding instruction, book reviews, etc.
