The Need

This large insurance firm needed a development firm to modify and support an inspection / appraisal management system.  The custom software manages a portion of the underwriting process that assesses the cost replacement value of high value properties.  This includes the assignment, inspection, review, and final reporting.

The Solution

Originally built by Adage for another company, the software had to be modified with enhanced security, updated user interface, different business rules, and other enhancements.  The system also utilizes web services to communicate with other systems within the organization for job status tracking.  Adage continues to support and enhance the system to better equip field staff, vendors, and management to measure and improve on job metrics.
