The Need
Chicago Business Intelligence Group provides business intelligence consulting services. As part of their service delivery, CBIG adheres to a specialized methodogy that could not be accomplished using off-the-shelf products like Microsoft Project.
The Solution
After several attempts with other development groups (including offshore) CBIG contracted Adage to build project management web software that would allow them to deliver and manage their proprietary methodology. The application includes features to collaborate accross the entire project team, assemble project documentation, track status, issues, bugs, and status reports.
