The Need

Ruda Cohen is a recognized leader in human resources consulting. For over 20 years, Ruda Cohen has consulted with high-ranking executives in numerous successful organizations. Ruda Cohen recognized the need to create a web application to be used in processing human resource assessments.

The Solution

Ruda Cohen & Associates chose Adage to create an application capable of processing customer assessments in a central database using a web interface. Adage built the application with two functions in mind: 1) allow end users and specified personnel access to the assessments online, 2) provide Ruda Cohen with robust administrative features to manage their internal processes. Both of these goals were met. Ruda Cohen's clients can now visit a secure site to view user assessments online and print them to PDF documents as needed.

Additionally, Ruda Cohen staff now stores assessment data in a consisent and usable format utilizing the administrative section of application. Reports generated from this data provides Ruda Cohen with statistical data not available under the previous method of processing assessments.
