The Need

Systat, a statistical analysis and graphics software company, needed a company to step in and assume responsibility of their custom e-commerce site for both development and hosting.  The custom solution they had contracted another firm for was not working as expected.  Additionally, Google was not ranking the site and Systat was having issues with appearing in any search engine results ... even their name!

The Solution

Systat selected Adage to aid them with the support and maintenance of their site.  Adage worked with Systat to gain access to the code and database ... the first step in ascertaining the quality and maintainability of the code.  After review and discussion with Systat, Adage agreed to fix three critical issues and migrate the application to our hosting environment.  After a sucessful stabilization of the code and migration to Adage servers, Systat realized an immediate increase in traffic to their site by simply moving from the low cost hosting provider and into Adage's hosting facility.

Systat has entered into a monthly service contract with Adage.  Today Systat enjoys predicatability and control to their web site enhancements.  New features are agreed upon, completed, tested and promoted to production in scheduled monthly releases.

WhatClientsSay

“I think it’s worth taking a moment to congratulate you both on how smoothly this transition has gone. Your professionalism and adaptability represents an excellent change of pace for us. Our site is now successfully live on your server, and the initial bugs appear to be fixed. It’s also worth noting that we received your first invoice, and we appear on track to be well under the proposed budget for this initial start-up period. So thank you for your work so far, and we look forward to our ongoing relationship. Very well done.”
