Talking House

The Need

The Talking House system allows real estate agents and homeowners to broadcast specifications of a listed house on AM radio for passing prospective home buyers. Talking House needed a web site that would allow them to leverage an existing database of real estate agents (customers) and an eCommerce system to sell the product online.

The Solution

Talking House selected Adage to create a new landing page that would allow home owners to search for real estate agents that utilize the Talking House system. The Agent Locator provides a search by proximity feature that returns a list of real estate agents that use the system allowing a home seller the ability to contact the agent.

Additionally, an eCommerce site was created to sell the product and accessories to new and returning customers.
