The Solution
Adage developed a system to import lists of qualified prospects from their automated dialer system. Leads are automatically assigned to a sales associate who then follows up and acts on individual leads. Leads can be acted on in a variety of ways including setting follow up calls or activities, enter contact notes, and closing.
A statistics or ranking page is available for viewing by the sales associates and management. Quickly sales associates can view their ranking in relation to other members of the sales team. Administratively, management can run reports on leads closed and calculate commission dollars for each sales associate on a monthly basis.
