The Need
Reeden Capital had developed a simple application that would allow them to automatically generate a call or email to their real estate agents based on consumer reponses to advertising. They decided they wanted to sell this concept to other companies both within and outside their industry.

The Solution
Adage was contracted to make the application (MES) usable in a web format to a variety of market segments and customers. The system is integrated with a PBX and logs each lead as it comes into the system based on the 800 number the comsumer is calling. In addition to receiving caller data obtained from a 411 database, sales agents of the company are immediately notified of the call via a pager or cell phone.
Users of the system can also login to view all calls and statistics for a given marketing campaign, make changes to the campaign, and view accrued charges. Administratively, MES can view and bill clients, make customer profile changes, and perform other administrative tasks.
