SEC regulations dictate that a company provide a proxy chart in their SEC filings that provides a comparison to peer groups and the market in general. Zacks provides institutions and individuals analytical tools and information to make informed financial decisions. They needed a site that would provide custom proxy charts.

The Solution
The system that Adage developed allows Zacks Investment's customers to create custom proxy charts that they can download in Microsoft Excel format. The system is completely flexible allowing a user the ability to include many of the standard indexes as well as extensive peer groups.
