The Need
Wave Restaurant is located in W Hotel - Chicago Lakeshore. In keeping with its trendy and technology driven image, W Hotel needed a website built for the hotel restaurant that matched the style of W Hotel. In addition, the restaurant management wanted the ability to update menu and news items without having to know HTML.

The Solution
Adage built a website focusing on Wave Restaurant's style and design while making key components of the web site dynamic. A Microsoft Access database was created along with dynamic pages to display the various menus and news or reviews about the restaurant. To manage the information on the website, an administrative interface was built allowing staff to update menu items including breakfast, lunch, dinner, a wine list, and desserts. News items can also be modified through the simple interface. The administrative section of the website requires no knowledge of HTML to make real time modifications to the news and menu items of the website.
