Adage Wins Gold MarCom Award

Marcom Awards announced winners in the 2018 international creative competition for marketing and communication professionals. There were more than 6500 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and 18 other countries. Adage Technologies received a Gold Marcomm Award for work with AAOS Orthoinfo in the medical website category for faceted search and site redesign that delivered an enhanced user experience and non-dues revenue.

Marcom Awards recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing and communication materials and programs. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.

AAOS Orthoinfo project included digital strategy, re-branding, and a faceted search implementation. The brand system was designed with a digital-first mindset that stayed true to AAOS’ mission. Plus the site now offers visitors the information they are looking for faster and easier.

The project resulted in a 15% increase in mobile sessions and an increase of 1 Million page views in the first 3 months.
