As President, Roy’s energy and customer-centric approach have helped to grow Adage to an international web design & development firm that’s been ahead of the curve for over 15 years.

Mathieu leads development innovation and sets the standard for our technical frameworks. Mathieu personally completes deep technical reviews of new features and functions coming from our partners and determines how the Adage development team can leverage the technology for our customers. Mathieu also supervises training and mentoring efforts for our .NET developers.

Russ brought his over 15 years of experience in the digital industry to Adage to help optimize our operations. His background includes founding, developing, and eventually selling his own web design company, Purple Monkey Studios. Russ leads administration, HR, IT, and finance, along with helping the leadership team shape our growth strategy.

Joe leads strategy and design with a team of user experience and user interface (UX/UI) designers while emphasizing design thinking as a strategic framework for digital transformation. Sarah Bordson

Digital Director, Arts, Culture & Entertainment

Through consulting and strategic planning, Sarah uses her strong arts and entertainment, web-marketing, and Tessitura background to help partners increase revenues and bring the spark of their brand and performances online.

Prior to joining Adage in the fall of 2011 Sarah worked in e-communications at Goodman Theatre and Chicago Shakespeare Theater and held marketing and ticketing fellowships at Berkeley Repertory Theatre and Steppenwolf Theatre. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts and English from Illinois Wesleyan University and an Executive MBA with a specialization in Digital Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Claire leverages her background in broadcast media and web content creation to bring a deliverable-focused, deadline-driven approach to organizing projects. After years of leading client-facing projects for Adage, she moved to the internal role of Special Projects Manager. In this position she leads Adage’s research and development initiatives, process improvement and management of Adage’s products including SmartSeat.
