Adage built a streamlined eCommerce system to increase sales.
ASI was in need of a website that adequately reflected the scope and vibrancy of their products while making it easier for customers to order and purchase products online. ASI was also looking for other enhancements throughout their site to draw greater attention to their product collections and to fix several issues throughout their web presence.
Adage Technologies began the process of revamping ASI’s website by first implementing key changes that drastically improved the usability and overall look & feel of the site. These design changes included full migration of ASI’s previous site architecture with individual pages, to a template based system using the EPiServer content management system. Through this implementation, ASI was able to successfully control their content and maintain consistency throughout their site with various templates.
Adage also implemented a new e-commerce mechanism that provided customers a streamlined, easy-to-use process to preview, order, and purchase product samples. Upon previewing a product, customers can now find all the information they need in one location with design examples, product specifications, and testimonials. Once ordered, similar products are suggested to customers to complete their design objectives, providing a more efficient purchase process.
In addition to these new e-commerce features, Adage also added a ‘My Account’ feature that includes account history, billing, and shipping information, providing customers an enhanced e-commerce experience.
